3. Remove extra clothes. It´s really important to get this measures directly from the skin or from tight clothes. When you will get the measures be sure that the measure is touching the skin but not tihting it. Check the pictures carefully It´s recomendating to don´t get the measures after any meal. 10. Measure the broad of the chest following the picture. Remind you should get the armpit as start-end for the measure

11. From the shoulder to the middle of the chest as in the picture.
