Purpose Conducted feasibility study to determine Cleveland problem areas. Recommended Superhero to assist Cleveland with its economic problems.

Cleveland Problem Areas Poverty To date, unemployment 10.5% against national average of 6.6% Up 2% since 2012.

Education 23% citizens without H/S diploma or GED; national average 13.7%. Without education, descent paying job unattainable. MUST be fiscal priority. Cleveland Problem Areas (cont’d)

City’s primary issues All Cleveland issues identified in this study revolve around finances. Investing in EDUCATION will enable students to move to higher education, which will enable them to obtain better paying jobs. Students who move on to higher education and obtain better paying jobs will not commit CRIME. Investing in the teams and stadiums will produce and keep JOBS in the city. All of this will help reduce poverty. Study Results
