Once a search is performed, the search results show a wealth of information including the date the SKU was created and how many CNET customers requested product content on the SKU. 2

From the Catalog tab search results grid, you can also select a product and "Add to Favorites" to easily find it later; "Track" it, which shows the growth of SKU demand during the launch period; mark a product end-of-life; or compare it with other products. 3

It's important to see where that product content goes and track their penetration throughout the channel. First, the user can click on the "Requests" link and see the list of filtered SKUs displayed in descending count order. 4

The user clicks on the 58 requests from the first SKU listed. Looking at the "Dissemination Statistics" report, the user can see which CNET customers in the United Kingdom have requested this specific SKU, which have received the SKU as part of a "push" (recipient), and the date of the last delivery. 5

New search controls allow the user to narrow the results by company name, channel player type (requestor or recipient), channel segment, market, segment and various other settings. In this scenario, the user's selected to view only Portal channel partners. 6
