(4) No convergence between the scheme running by central or state govt. What Next Work should be allotted to the NGO according to their capacity/ efficiency or field of expatriations. (2) Only those CIGs should be approved from DPMU who have qualified the quality criteria's. (3) Ensure or fix the accountability of Govt. staff (SPMU & DPMU) along with NGO on each steps of project. (4) There should co-ordination among all the stakeholders of the Project.
