3. 3 Search terms entered in the following fields will search against the suppliers keywords Simple search field Advanced Search  All of these words  Must include the words  Any of the words  Exact phrase Punch-out Suppliers will be displayed in the “Search Results” and “Suppliers with Matches” sections Punch-out Suppliers Visible in Search Results – Based on Keywords For the 9.3 release Punch-out supplier provided Procurement Services with a list of keywords and these keywords have been added to the supplier setup in the M-marketsite. This now allows a punch-out supplier to be displayed in the product search results.

4. 4 Keywords for Punch-out suppliers Simple Search Punch-out supplier in Serach Results, click link to punch-out to the supplier. Suppliers with Matches, list supplier who had keywords that matched “Camcorders” Note: there were no hosted supplier matches

5. 5 Keywords for Punch-out suppliers Advanced Search It is recommended that in order to take full advantage of the Punch-out supplier Keywords search users Include Similar Terms in search results by using the “Include similar terms checkbox”

9. 9 The information header at the top of a notification email has been improved slightly to be easier to read at a glance. The cart name and number, as well as the prepared by/prepared for information for assign a cart orders, have been added to the information header of the email notification. The following email notifications have been updated with these enhancements Assign Cart Assignment Notification Assign Cart Processed Notification PO Sent to Supplier Notification Note: user only receive notification e-mail if they have selected to receive the notification via their M-marketsite profile. Email Notification Enhancements The standard notification emails have been enhanced with additional information, making the emails more meaningful. The email notifications now contain information on who prepared a cart and the cart name and number.
