Red colour Red fruit and vegetables include red peppers, tomatoes, granates, apples, strawberries, cherries, and watermelon. Red produce lowers the risk of cancer, lowers blood pressure.

Orange colour Some examples of these orange fruits and vegetables are pumpkin, mango, carrots, tangerines, and oranges. Orange products improve brain function and low heart disease risk.

Yellow colour Some yellow fruits and vegetables are corn, pineapple, lemons, yellow apples, and pears. They can also increase your energy levels and your immune system.
