Handling of the process by another official in lieu of the regular one delayed the system initially, but was addressed in the later half of the fiscal. Usually the delay in amendments are only for want of certain documents, otherwise if the documents are in order we issue on the same day. Causes of the deviations were briefed to DG & CEO as under, respectively: i) Induction of new employee in the process delayed the system initially. But was addressed in the later half of the fiscal. He directed HoD personnel to ensure proper training to staff before entrusting with any new responsibility. Induction of new employee take place from time to time based on requirements of the Head Office and or Regional/Chapter Offices. Kerala and Jharkhand Chapters have been recommended for ISO certification by the internal auditors. Will include Rajasthan and Indore Chapters next year 7. DG & CEO said that Human Resources were the most valuable assets of any organisation and advised the Regional/Chapter Heads and also the HoD Personnel to work out detailed training schedule for the employees well in advance for the next fiscal. It implies that the number of queries reported is not correct. Pending list of grievances are being sent to Head Office on a monthly basis which does not give the correct position. FIEOERSh.
