11 © Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. 11 Using Outlook Add-In Configuration Voice Email Fax Through Operating of control “ ▶ ”, you can listen to voicemail. The voicemail is serviced after downloading from UMS server. Listening the mail, the color of mail icon is changed to green.

To use functionality of sending fax, you should install a fax driver from user web client A fax driver is automatically downloaded from left screen if you have FaxSend license.

26 © Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. 26 Using TTS After installing TTS, you can set tts language. You can just select languages in IP-UMS license even though you install many languages.

27 © Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. 27 Using TTS If you start UMS in setup screen, you can make sure tts_srv daemon is alive through “ps –aef|grep tts_srv”. The number of Tts_srv daemon is two or three more than the number of tts port in IP-UMS license.

Listening TTS voice which is transformed announcement or text schedule from web client. If a text is a long sentence, Text to speech conversion takes time so that you could listen waiting music for a while. IP-UMS (including TTS engine) 1 2
