4 Add A Product Step 1: Select ‘Product’ in the Menu Step 2: On the Dashboard, click ‘Add a Product’ Step 3: Fill in the details to add a new product

5 Add Features To Backlog Step 2: On the toolbar, click ‘Add a Feature’ Step 3: Define and add features to the backlog Step 1: Select ‘Backlog’ in the Menu

6 Add a Program Step 2: On the toolbar, click ‘Add a Program’ Step 3: Fill in the details to add a new program. Step 1: Select ‘Portfolio’ in the Menu

7 Scope Features to the Program Backlog Step 1: Select ‘Program’ in the Menu Step 2: On the toolbar, click ‘Scope Feature to Program’. Step 3: Drag and drop the features to the Backlog grid

8 Add User Stories against Features Step 1: Click the ‘Add User Story’ icon of the feature for which you wish to add a user story Step 2: Fill in the details to add a new user story against a feature.

9 View Release Step 2: The existing releases are listed in a grid. Click ‘’Release Train” icon to see a graphical representation of all releases on a timeline. Step 1: Select ‘Release-Train’ in the banner

10 Step 1: Select ‘Release-Train’ in the banner and click on ‘Add a Release’ Add a Release Step 2: Fill the details to add a new release for the program.

11 Edit a Release: Edit ID Step 1: Select ‘Release’ in the Menu Step 2: On the toolbar, click ‘Edit Release’ Step 3: Edit the ID details, if needed.

12 Step 1: Select ‘Backlog’ in the banner Edit a Release: Edit Backlog Step 2: On the toolbar, click ‘Edit Release Backlog’ Step 3: Scope backlog items (features, user stories, defects) as needed.

13 Create a Scrum Team Step 1: Select ‘Plan’ in the Menu Step 2: On the toolbar, click ‘Add a Scrum Team’. Step 3: Fill in the details to add a scum team

14 Step 1: Select ‘Backlog’ in the banner Edit the Team Backlog Step 2: On the toolbar, click ‘Edit Backlog for Team’ Step 3: Scope backlog items (features, user stories, defects) from the team’s release as needed.

15 Step 1: Select ‘Iteration’ in the banner Add an Iteration Step 2: On the toolbar, click ‘Add An Iteration’ Step 3: Fill in the details to add an iteration

16 Add a Task for an Iteration Step 1: Select ‘Iteration’ in the Menu Step 2: Click the ‘Add Task’ icon of the user story for which you wish to add a task Step 3: Fill in the details to add a task for that user story

17 Step 1: Select ‘Monitor’ in the banner Monitor Quality of an Iteration Step 2: The defect statistics of the iteration are displayed

18 Step 1: Select ‘Test Case’ in the banner Add a Test Case for an Iteration Step 2: On the toolbar, click the ‘Add A Test Case’ icon Step 3: Fill in the details to add a test case for that iteration

19 Step 1: Select ‘Defect’ in the banner Add a Defect for an Iteration Step 2: On the toolbar, click the ‘Add Defect’ icon Step 3: Fill in the details to add a defect for that iteration

20 View the TaskBoard of an Iteration Step 1: Select ‘Taskboard’ in the Menu Step 2: The tasks assigned to you in this Iteration are displayed. You can deliver your efforts against each task on the taskboard. Step 3: To view your team’s tasks, select “My Team”.

21 Monitor Quality for a Product Step 1: Select ‘Product Quality’ in the Menu Step 2: The defect statistics of the product are displayed

22 Monitor Quality for a Program Step 1: Select ‘Program Quality’ in the Menu Step 2: The defect statistics of the program are displayed
