4. ASSUMPTION #2: Your whole organisation has to be networked for it to be seen as successful

5. ASSUMPTION #3: Internal networking is different to external networking

6. ASSUMPTION #4: ICT / Information Security / HR colleagues are a barrier.

7. ASSUMPTION #5: Social media or a social intranet will magically force existing leadership to change or learn.

8. Hands up if…. “You have some kind of “social” feature inside your council – somewhere, no matter how small – Now?”
