2 First thing to note is… …it’s all relative and all about perception – and that’s OK

3 ASSUMPTION #1: People want to network within and across their own organisations

4 ASSUMPTION #2: Your whole organisation has to be networked for it to be seen as successful

5 ASSUMPTION #3: Internal networking is different to external networking

6 ASSUMPTION #4: ICT / Information Security / HR colleagues are a barrier.

7 ASSUMPTION #5: Social media or a social intranet will magically force existing leadership to change or learn.

8 Hands up if…. “You have some kind of “social” feature inside your council – somewhere, no matter how small – Now?”
