SPA : The purpose of supervision Supervision will help the supervisee to become aware of her/his attitudes and values and provide her/him the opportunity for self-reflection. The supervision process will help the supervisee to interconnect theory with her/his own practice. The supervisee will develop his or hers competences during this process. Expectancies, but The supervisor will evaluate whether the supervisee is working in accordance with – the prevailing legislation of Slovenia (connected to the supervisee’s work) – the Professional ethical codex of Slovenian psychologists, – the Metacodex of EFPA (European Federation of Psychologists' Associations).
