Pick up a Pre-Excused College Visit form in the counseling office OR from the counseling website. Levels of Completion: Seal of Completion Seal of Distinction Pathway Scholar Medallion **The completions forms are due during the month of April and can be found on the West Forsyth Counseling website** SCHOLARSHIP CORNER: Free Money For College! Scholarship listings will be available on the counseling webpage as well as in the counseling office!! Please remember to allow at least two weeks for processing all requests (transcripts, recommendations, etc.) that come through the counseling office.

Senior Dues: $120 Dues include cap, gown, diploma, diploma cover, tassel, facility, Senior breakfast, Senior Gift, and Senior baccalaureate *Payments can be made at www.gabalfour.comwww.gabalfour.com January 15 – Balfour Representative will be in the cafeteria at lunch for students to pay Senior dues &/or order cap, gown. & announcements February 1 – Orders MUST be placed online from this date forward ONLINE WFHS Transcript Request TO LAUNCH in January!! We are excited to launch our new online transcript request process beginning January 2015. Students no longer need to come into the counseling office to fill out a form, everything, including the payment can be submitted online. This system will not be available until January, so for any transcript requests that need to be made before then, please submit a paper copy to Mrs. Jordan in the counseling office. For example, if you have a January 1 deadline, you should have already submitted a paper transcript request along with all supporting documentation. If you have previously submitted a transcript request via our traditional paper system, it is currently being processed. You will not need to submit an additional request using this website. Instructions to begin requesting a transcript online are listed below: To begin, go to http://westforsythhs.com/transcript/ OR Visit WFHS Counseling Website and click on “Transcript Request" Link. From there, follow the directions given on the website.http://westforsythhs.com/transcript/ If you do not have internet access, please see your counselor to handle any transcript requests you may need. Class of 2015 Senior Sponsor: Jenny Urash( jurash@forsyth.k12.ga.us ext. 331914 jurash@forsyth.k12.ga.us Mid-Year Report Request Process: The counseling office will automatically send the mid- year report to any schools on the CommonApp. For UGA, if you have been deferred from early action to regular decision, we will send an updated transcript & semester grade report. For any other school needing a mid-year report, please fill out a Mid-Year Report request form located on the counseling website under class of 2015 & in the Counseling Office. Turn this form in to Mrs. Jordan in Counseling. Also New @ WEST – Online Sign-Up for College Representative Visits Beginning in January, students will be able to register for college rep visits as well as print passes to these visits using the new system. Upcoming college visits will still be posted on the board outside the counseling office and announced during the morning broadcasts.
