Healthy Lifestyle by Aranka Gyenes 10. B According to the newest researches we may extend our life by at least 14 years if we live healthily. The healthy lifestyle easily can be observed, if we pay attention to eating healthy food, to doing exercise daily at least half a hour if we do not smoke, and we consume alcohol moderately. In order to help our readers to make changes in their life style we suggest that they should study our mini series.

Lifestyle It is not easy to give up our habits and to renounce our favourite dishes. But the foundation stone of the healthy lifestyle is how we confront our weak points and the condition of the healthy lifestyle is to overcome when it hurts.

Healthy nutrition We discuss the factors of the healthy nutrition in greater detail in this series. In short let us drink a lot of liquid (primarily water and herb teas) and eat vegetables and fruit at least five times a day. We had better eat a fistful walnut or hazel-nut. It is possible to eat meat and dairy products, but only a little and low-fat types It is also essential to consume cereals though only whole ground. Let us bake and cook with cold-pressed vegetable oils or butter. Furthermore we should regularly do a cleanse.

Healthy food We are writing about the benefits of healthy food in this part: among other things super foods, walnuts, hazel- nuts, the hygienic effect of certain vegetables and fruit. We collected recipes of healthy kinds of soup and vegetable dishes, salads and cakes. They are not merely healthy, but their completion is quick and simple. We add hints how to follow a healthy diet.
