4 2010 Dietary Guidelines  Enjoy your food, but eat less.  Avoid over-sized portions.  Make 1/2your plate fruits and veggies.  Switch to fat free or low fat milk.

5  Make at least half your grains whole.  Compare sodium (esp. in soups, breads, and frozen meals)and choose foods with lower numbers.  Drink water instead of sugary drinks.
