6. Registration and Web Pages We are ready to put the web pages online once we have approval. Can setup “preview” for the board. Need to determine the registration cost. I assume we have an early registration about $50 less than regular registration – Amount? $175 early, $225 late? – Need to cover morning coffee, breaks, materials Estimate is breaks are $2500 each for the week Coffee / rolls in the morning about $500 for the week Assuming 100 attendees estimate is $110+55+???

Sponsorship (and questions) Have contacted NetApp, Dell, Western Digital – NetApp has confirmed at about $2K level (morning breaks) – Western Digital confirmed “Platinum level” support – Dell has not confirmed anything yet Looking into Ford, The University of Michigan, IBM Other suggestions? What are the “Silver”,”Gold”,”Platinum” sponsorship levels? ($$ and privileges?)
