23 In summary in 2010…  Ascension School has gradually fewer students who are more diverse than in the past.  Ascension students are performing better than 10 years ago and better than the average archdiocesan student.  Ascension School is serving the individual needs of students more strongly through volunteer, state and federal services, supporting the efforts of our dedicated teachers who see their work as a ministry.  Tuition has been rising and the financing of Ascension School is a growing challenge with a leveling off in parish support.
