If using the Independent City to claim credit for working a county, you may use that Independent City credit for only ONE county (for example, if you work a station in Richmond, you can't claim credit for working Henrico County AND Chesterfield County. –The Virginia Presidents Endorsement requires communication with a station in each of the 95 counties (not a bordering Independent City) AND each of the Independent Cities.

We out here in Fauquier County had a great time. We owe credit to you for the great presentation you provided the club prior to the event. That is, until I looked at your map and now realize you are in the middle of No-Man's Land, at least it is for me. I thought it was in VT, which could be doable as I could tour around then meet the gang on Mt. Greylock, MA for the following weekend's VHF contest. But no way can I go so far south at today's gas prices. So do have a great function, and I will look forward with much excitement to receiving my first ham radio contesting plaque in the mail. 73, Bill VE3CRU Winner of High C&C is from Canada
