K. BüßerEGDE Oxford25.10.2005 Status of the European Communicator Found a typical European-style distributed solution: 1 person hired at LAL-CNRS/IN2P3: Perrine Royole-Degieux full financed by CNRS for an initial period of one year 100% HEP outreach 50% for LHC, especially LHC experiments 50% for ILC GDE, contact person: Philip Bambade 1 person will be hired at DESY jointly financed by DESY and INFN for an initial period of one year 100% ILC 50% outreach 50% scientific assistant to European GDE Director (B. Foster) I am the placeholder for that person in the GDE for the time being ELCSG Outreach Sub-comittee could serve as advisory board Sharing resources for the European GDE core between partners: France: 50% of one FTE Germany: 50% of one FTE Italy: 50% of one FTE UK: 50% of Brian Foster (to release him from his Oxford duties)
