Many CCs pending only because of this change There should be common policy based on ground reality for CC adjustment. Sustainability after 3 month 565105 Because of lengthy process of CC, NGOs could not complete task, which resulted in delayed reimbursement. This created economic crisis & mental tension among NGO worker. CC adjustment within 15 days after receiving required documents. DPMU should fix accountability. Cluster-- We have Submitted Goatry cluster & Garment stitching We have planned clusters for Buffalo It will be submitted very soon. Lesson Learnt

The activity chosen by CIG are based on their skill, capacity and linked with their earlier assets. The political power and local self governance has less oriented regarding project theme that create hurdles some time. GVNML- LALSOT

24 GVNML-TonkDPIP WS 30 Nov - 01 Dec 06, Jaipur24 Forward Step (envisaged) Successful CIG are to be trained for better management of business such as, accounting, leadership and benefit sharing, investment plan, marketing etc. for upgrading their business. CIG should be organized or federate with cluster approach where a facilitation team facilitate CIG towards forward/backward linkages, marketing, loaning, etc. Now time to think over sustainability of assets created such as agriculture tools purchased but water availability to be ensured, tent to be upgraded and maintained.
