Evaluation Process For each activity of the action plan, there are a set of questions that will help assess the effectiveness of the activity’s outcome. Components of AVID Support structure for students in the “middle”: AVID class meets as an academic elective (approved for state credit in Texas). AVID students enroll concurrently in an intensive set of college preparatory courses. A cross-disciplinary campus team attends job- alike training and leads implementation. Trained college tutors lead collaborative tutorials in AVID class every other day. Advanced Course Preparation
