1. NM VIIs Plan 2013 Regional Events (Qualifications) Stavanger (Finals 22 nd & 23 rd June 2013)

2. 20 th April - Horten Women’s, Men’s and Junior teams Host klubb must send out invitations to all klubbs and Head Referee 4weeks prior to the events (at the latest) All klubbs to respond to invitation. Confirmation of attendance must be confirmed (to host klubb, Turneringsutvalgsleder, and Head Referee) at the latest 2 weeks, prior to the event. Host klubb to send list of attending teams to Turneringsutvalgsleder Teams compete for rankings to take to the finals in Stavanger

3. 4 th May – Bergen and Trondheim Women’s, Men’s and Junior teams Host klubb must send out invitations to all klubbs and Head Referee 4weeks prior to the events (at the latest) All klubbs to respond to invitation. 4. 8 th June – Tromsø and Trondheim Women’s, Men’s and Junior teams Host klubb must send out invitations to all klubbs and Head Referee 4weeks prior to the events (at the latest) All klubbs to respond to invitation. Confirmation of attendance must be confirmed (to host klubb, Turneringsutvalgsleder, and Head Referee) at the latest 2 weeks, prior to the event. Host klubb to send list of attending teams to Turneringsutvalgsleder Teams compete for rankings to take to the finals in Stavanger

5. Regional Events Pool Games Pool Composition will be determined by the Turneringsutvalg. Points will be awarded for these matches on the following basis. Win = 3 points Draw = 2 points Loss = 1 points No show = -1 point

6. Regional Events Ranking Points Ranking points will be awarded to take on to the Finals (Stavanger) 1st = 4 ranking points 2nd = 3 ranking points 3rd = 2 ranking points 4th = 1 ranking point 5th = 1 ranking point 6th = 1 ranking point

7. Rankings NM VIIs – Mens’ All teams’ ranking points from regional events will be added together. Top 2 teams will be ranked nr.1 in each pool. (assuming 10 teams entering NM VIIs finals) 3 rd & 4 th teams ranked nr.2 in each pool 5 th & 6 th teams ranked nr.3 in each pool 7 th & 8 th teams ranked nr.4 in each pool 9 th & 10 th teams ranked nr.5 in each pool

8. Rankings NM VIIs – Womens’ All teams’ ranking points from regional events will be added together. Top 2 teams will be ranked nr.1 in each pool. (assuming 8 teams entering NM VIIs finals = KONGEPOKAL!!!!!!!) 3 rd & 4 th teams ranked nr.2 in each pool 5 th & 6 th teams ranked nr.3 in each pool 7 th & 8 th teams ranked nr.4 in each pool

9. Rankings NM VIIs – Juniors All teams’ ranking points from regional events will be added together. Top 2 teams will be ranked nr.1 in each pool. 3 rd & 4 th teams ranked nr.2 in each pool 5 th & 6 th teams ranked nr.3 in each pool 7 th & 8 th teams ranked nr.4 in each pool

10. NM VIIs Finals Stavanger 23-24 th June Pool rules same as Regional tournaments Kongepokal to be awarded to both Men and Women if more than 8 klubbs are entered for NM VIIs Finals
