Classes divided in spontaneous groups, discussed and identified these topics: Topic 1 : Food as a cross cultural product Food habits and their changes Food origins Food and superstitions Food in art Aim : To identify intercultural relations and destroy stereotypes Objective : to make Italian students understand that food is much more than simply “food”

5. Topic : My family food habits Aim: to identify food habits Objective: to make students aware of costs, choices, real needs and wastes

6. Topic 3 : food and sustainable society Aim : to identify the effects of food productions and consumption on sustainability Objective: to create a more responsible consumer
