Choosing the healthy foods you eat is very important, because its what makes your body healthy. Eating healthy foods help you maintain a healthy body.Eating more foods with high nutrients keep you healthier. 1-2 servings of Dairy, soymilk, or calcium supplement everyday. 1-2 servings of eggs, fish, poultry,and plant proteins everyday. 1-2 servings of nuts and seeds. 1-2- servings legumes 3-4 servings of plant oils

We should eat healthy every day because you can live longer. The foods that go in your body effects the way you act.
