3 History: 1 st Conference was held in Hong Kong 2010 : The Agenda 2 nd Conference was held in Stockholm, Sweden 2012 : Action and Impact 3 rd Conference was held in Melbourne, Australia in 2014: Promoting Social and Economic Equality The coming : 4 th Conference will held in South Korea in 2016: Promoting the Dignity and Worth of People

8 Theme : Creating Sustainable and Safe Physical Environments

9  This Conference will provide opportunities for you to talk with colleagues about your interests in health, disability, mental health, child and family welfare, gender, human rights, migration and refugees and other current issues. Given the Australian context, we encourage a focus on Indigenous voices from around the world, as well as consumer voices, throughout the entire Conference Program. We will come together to share achievements and ideas from clinical and statutory practitioners, from researchers and educators, and from policy makers. We are keen to ensure that the broad interests of participants are clearly accommodated in the Conference sessions.

13 The paper and e-poster proposals accepted for the conference reflect the wide range of issues relevant to social workers and others working in social welfare and development.
