Second spectrum The second on accuracy, ranging from hard fact that is easily proven to facts that are most likely untrue untrue fact Hard fact

Resume Question: Your boss asks you to look at a man’s resume. What is the first thing you notice? a.His middle name is Mary b.The applicant has never held a job for more then 18 months c.He’s married and has two kids the white hat will give you the right answer

Why the answer B is correct The answer is b because it is the most unbiased and the most relevant fact. It is relevant because the applicant is applying for a job, answer b is the only one that addresses that issue.

Why the answers A and C are wrong Answers A and C are wrong because they are not relevant to how he will perform his job.
