parent package summary DATES AND TIMES: Tuesday, June 28 (Arrival): Pick up at airport and shuttle transportation for parents with participating players to John Caroll University (JCU). We ask that parents accompany their children to the Dorms first before heading to their hotel (Best Western Inn). Parents with Dorm packages will remain at JCU. Parents may inspect the facilities where their children will stay. Hotel package holders can remain at JCU for the training session of players (training is from 5:00 to 6:30 pm). Dinner is from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. For those arriving in the afternoon, a Pocket lunch will be provided until 4pm. Shuttle transportation to the Best Western will be provided between 8:30 and 9:00 pm Hotel check in 9:30 pm. Special arrangements can be made for parents that need to check in sooner, though we ask you stay with the group through training and dinner. Wednesday, June 29: Breakfast in Hotel 7:00 am. Departure to Cedar Point Park (CPP) at 8:00 am. We will pick up the players at JCU prior to final departure to CPP which will be at 9:00 am from JCU. Pocket lunch and transportation back to JCU for Players and Hotel for parents. Dinner will be at JCU with players. Transportation from JCU to Hotel after dinner (8:30 pm). (Car pool and shuttle to local area bars and restaurants will be coordinated ad hoc from Hotel and Dorms) We will provide transportation to local mall or parks for those who will not go to CPP. Pocket lunch included.
