Overview: Core Indicator Preliminary Baseline Data Must submit baseline data with our 5-year plan to Federal Government by April 1, 2008 Can always adjust data The federal government will start negotiating levels after April 1, 2008 with States Continuously working on all core indicators to ensure validity and reliability (definitions, methodology)
