Major impact b/c our product is international travel Employees traveling to infected areas will be on a self imposed 10 quarantine and will be asked to take a medical test at company expense. Established a policy for employees who are symptomatic - 10 days at home Quarantine employees returning from affected areas for 10 days with pay Presidents YPO conference in China was canceled, otherwise - no effect. Unable to provide details since we are a healthcare facility Corporate keeps all facilities up to date and for those that travel globally, precautions are communicated. Employees who must travel to affected regions will be asked to work from home for two weeks after their return. Looking into forming contingency plan in case of outbreak.

Arranged for employees to work from home for a designated time period if returning from an affected region. Person who just visited China is at home for 2 weeks. Has limited the Travel Business, affecting our travel revenues, especially for cruises and group tours to China. Has slowed the immigration of RNs from Asian locations to fill positions within our hospitals and nursing facilities. At the manufacturing/plant level that we are at, it has not had an effect on us. However, from a corporate side, I believe numerous appropriate steps have been taken as we do business all over the world, and in particular in Canada, and the far East.

Concerns about accepting returned products from Asia Responded to SARS-related questions from staff and supervisors Provided masks and sterilizing hand lotion. Made travel to affected areas optional. Annual Meeting scheduled in Toronto, Canada for 4/5/03 to 4/10/03 was cancelled, then rescheduled for Washington, D.C. There has been no effect at our corporate office here in Akron OH. However, we ship/pickup freight across the Canadian border e.g. Buffalo New York, and we have a subsidiary organization in Canada called Reimer. Those operations may be effected. Offer expatriates a RT ticket to leave affected area & work in a non- affected area Increased inquiries from managers in handling employees who return from vacation in those areas.

Obtained information from the CDC to help allay fears for the one associate who was concerned. we have restricted or banned travel to afflicted areas, or if travel occurs we require a 10 day work at home quarantine period. Let each employee decide on their travel plans relative to the situation in their area. If employees still chose to travel regardless of the advise not to, on their return to the US, we had them work from home for one week to ensure they were not carrying the infection.
