Green Partnerships 3rd Annual Forum- Danube Cosmos, Vienna, 27 June 2014 5 Background  Each municipality/region has a plan/strategy to improve the situation  Energy efficiency and use of RES are popular topics BUT:  In reality it’s hard to improve things  Strategy/plan lies in the drawer  People are not aware enough of what should be done and how  employees in responsible organisations (municipalities, energy agencies etc.)  and people affected by the measures (in public buildings, users of facilities, lightning etc)
