2 Summary of changes 1.Centralized administration and eligibility determination 2.The new dental program will be 100% funded by the Province; 3.Removal of preventive services mandate form OPHS 4. It is being proposed that children who have urgent dental needs, and whose families cannot meet financial eligibility may only be eligible for treatment to address the urgent/emergency condition

6 Eligibility gap- Haliburton County, Northumberland County excluding the town of Cobourg
