Abilene Chicago presence - II Will establish Abilene presence Qwest PoP in NBC Bldg (455 City Front Drive Plaza) Cisco 12008 router currently in Sacramento Backbone attachments Two options –OC-48c/SONET protected: Indianapolis –OC-48c/DWDM unprotected: Indy and Cleveland This would represent first use of optical transport in Abilene Peering attachments STAR TAP/NGIX-Chicago – OC-12c ATM Star Light – Gigabit Ethernet switch –Fiber pair or to 710 NLSD (I-WIRE) Planned Star Light optical attachment –Second fiber pair or to 710 NLSD (I-WIRE)
