Change your lighting to lower glare and harsh reflections. By using a filter, it reduces up to 99% glare reduction to prevent glare- related eyestrain and headaches. Place your screen 20 to 26 inches away from your eyes and a little bit below eye level. Choose screens that can tilt and swivel. A keyboard that you can adjust is also helpful.

Dynamic sitting, don’t stay in one static position for extended periods of time When performing daily tasks, alternate between sitting and standing or take small walking breaks throughout the day.

It will make reading documents easier. It will help to keep your eye position focused on the document while typing.

You should put your computer in a place where you get some light, otherwise it may cause eye damage. Adjust the colour of your monitor according to the light you get. Maintain the noise of your speaker according to your comfort and as well as others. Do not use headsets too often as it may cause ear damage.

Keep your body weight evenly distributed on both feet Try not to cross your legs as that rotates the pelvis backwards, causing you to hang ligaments and tendons Prevent the spine from becoming fixed or restricted in abnormal positions Helps keep bones and joints in correct alignment so muscles can be used properly

It is important to have break periods or any other activities to reduce your work stress as this will help in assisting with a fresh mind and a new attitude to continue with your work again When you are in the computer you should have at least 15 minutes break for every 1 hour.
