Evaluating Teachers by Student Test Scores O Imperfect approach to the “value-added” concept. O More representative of a student’s world rather than the teacher’s O Can sometimes lead to deliberate attempts to receive more funding (Campbell’s Law) O A better alternative is expert evaluations that observe student progress and other measures.
