Hence his original name: Shneor Zalman Rubashow. Did you know ? Yosef Almogi (Krelenboim) was born in Hrubieszow, immigrated to Eretz Israel in 1930. Emigration intensified at the beginning of the 20th century. Some went to Eretz Israel, others left for the USA, Mexico, Australia, Canada, Peru, Guatemala, Brazil and Argentina.
