59 2009 National Quality Centennial Award (Basis for Award Name) Takes the place of the Quality unit, district and council award. Named in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Boy Scouts of America. Offered and can be earned at the units, districts, and councils levels. Began in 2007 and continues until 2010.
