Goals from last meeting  Come up with formal outline of each issue mentioned before by Thurs and send to AQ.  STATUS: Completed, sent to AQ.  Complete HTML form.cgi and present to Antonio with “what student want” questions.  STATUS: In Progress, for next week meeting.  Research digital signage issue.  STATUS: Not yet started.

4. New information  Talked about the current system being a “bandage” for what they have in store for the future in regards to the entire student structure.  GGC’s ultimate goal is to go with virtualization and eliminating the need for computers units.

5. Goals for next meeting  Research more on virtualization and how it affects computer units.  Complete HTML form.cgi and present to Antonio with “what student want” questions.  Research how virtualization affects digital signage.
