The Rise of WHO? The Rise of Fascism Fascism is a political philosophy where total power is given to a dictator, and individual freedoms are denied. Germany and Italy both became fascist countries. It may be hard to understand why people would want that type of government. When things seem like they can’t get any worse, people will agree to things they wouldn’t normally. Click to continue
