Desired Results: 24-36 Months What results do we want to see in moving toward our vision? We will achieve greater levels of coherence and alignment as we implement a school-wide system of interventions with fidelity. 70% or more of third grade students achieve expected reading growth (spring to spring) as measured by MAP. (Vision on the balanced scorecard)

Annual Desired Results Increase and enhance an enthusiasm for learning with all students. Increase READING K-3 proficiency to 92% having met or exceeded DIBELS Oral Reading Fluency Benchmark. Increase MATH proficiency to 75% or above on the MAP Increase READING proficiency to 75% or above on the MAP Increase MATH growth (spring to spring) to 61% or above on the MAP one level or more on the district’s Balanced Score Card Increase READING growth (spring to spring) to 66% or above on the MAP one level or more on the district’s Balanced Score Card Increase MATH proficiency to 85% or above on the MCA III Increase READING proficiency to 90% or above on the MCA III Increase in both SOCIO-ECONOMIC and ETHNICITY one level or more on the district’s Balanced Score Card

Moving Forward We will continue recognizing student proficiency DIBELS, Targets, Benchmarks, etc. We have an opportunity to LEARN how to better measure student growth. K-3 Running Record (A Learning Year) 2-3 MAP Growth (Standard)
