Nutrition Portfolio Question (s) of the Day? In the Journal Section Research has continued to demonstrate that keeping a food diary/journal results in better weight reduction and/or management for individuals. Provide 2 reasons you believe this may be the case. Research shows that making S.M.A.R.T goals with regards to nutrition can assist in weight management and/or reduction. Identify two smart goals which you plan on following during the next 2 weeks of food tracking. Identify a plan which will help you in achieving these goal. E.g. My goal is to eat break feast every day for the next 2 weeks. In order to eat break feast daily I will try and wake up fifteen minutes earlier than I currently do. On Thursday when I have volleyball, I’m going to bring my breakfeast to school and eat it during first period.
