Do not exceed the use by date. After opening keep in an airtight container and use within 4 weeks. A single indication can satisfy all 3 requirements (e.g. Keep Frozen) 7

Yes, because added water is included in the name of the food (Article 22(1)(a)) and the variation in quantity of added water is essential to characterise the food in question and distinguish it from other similar foods.
