Remaining 20% includes Fractures, burns, concussion, etc. $1.3-million in claim costs; 94.5% of all costs are associated with lost time claims, 5.5% results from no lost time claims

15 Confidential – Not for Distribution Wages An employee on modified duties has to receive full wages (full pay). An employee who is ordered by physiotherapist (PT)to only work reduced hours still get full wages (full pay). Employee not participating as per the schedule (following PT’s recommendation) does not get paid: Contact Morneau Shepell immediately If a worker’s schedule varies (part time, occasional, full time but with occasional overtime, etc) you need to offer the average hours/shifts worked in the 4 weeks prior the work accident.
