What is VLINC? Northeastern Educational Intermediate Unit 19 An online curriculum service provided through the Northeastern Educational Intermediate Unit (NEIU). Students remain enrolled in home district. Students receive diplomas from the home district.

VLINC Goals Northeastern Educational Intermediate Unit 19 To develop, implement and evaluate a cyber services program that will: Create a collaborative partnership of school districts. Provide parents with a varied menu of greater academic options.
