iForms Prior to manager upload, an employee is REQUIRED to complete all iFORMS by following the link from their offer letter: https://welcome-catapult.icims.com – iFORMS include: W-4 I-9 Direct Deposit form Local/National Background Check Authorization form Company employment documents EMPLOYEE CANNOT BE ENTERED INTO PAYROLL UNTIL THESE FORMS ARE COMPLETE There is a 24 hour turnaround once an hourly employee is entered into payroll for them to access TimeSaver.

Uploading Required Documentation What required documentation needs to be uploaded? – Signed offer letter – Background check receipt and/or results – License/certification (if required for position) – Completed I-9 Why must this documentation be uploaded? These forms are required by law and/or contract These documents create an employee profile in iCIMS Allows HR the ability to access these documents in case an issue or question were to arise Data reporting purposes
