Staff interested in working with data
Representatives of the school data team will include the building administrator, the intervention specialist, internal coach or lead teacher. There can also be another teacher or two with a MAXIMUM of 4 representatives from the school.

Use data at school-wide level to determine student needs as a large group
If 20% of Algebra IAB students are not meeting standards then examine curriculum/instruction within the classrooms
If 30% of second grade students at a school are not meeting expectations on DIBELS then examine curriculum/instruction within the classrooms

If after adjustment has been made in school-wide curriculum/instruction there are a few students who aren’t meeting standards in Algebra IAB then small group instruction is implemented targeted to the students’ needs in addition to school-wide instruction

If after small group intervention there is a student who isn’t meeting standards in Algebra IAB then individualized intensive instruction is implemented targeted to the student’s needs in addition to targeted group intervention and school-wide instruction
