6 Who is on the Universal Leadership Team?
Maximum of five to seven members At least one building administrator Intervention Specialist/Coach or Lead Teacher Staff interested in working with data Representatives of the school data team will include the building administrator, the intervention specialist, internal coach or lead teacher. There can also be another teacher or two with a MAXIMUM of 4 representatives from the school. We take pride in educating and graduating each student prepared and inspired to contribute to the world.

Use data at school-wide level to determine student needs as a large group If 20% of Algebra IAB students are not meeting standards then examine curriculum/instruction within the classrooms If 30% of second grade students at a school are not meeting expectations on DIBELS then examine curriculum/instruction within the classrooms We take pride in educating and graduating each student prepared and inspired to contribute to the world.

9 Who is on the Targeted Team?
Maximum of five to seven members At least one building administrator Someone from the Universal Leadership Team Staff interested in working with data/interventions Representatives of the school data team will include the building administrator, the intervention specialist, internal coach or lead teacher. Use data at targeted level to determine student needs for small groups If after adjustment has been made in school-wide curriculum/instruction there are a few students who aren’t meeting standards in Algebra IAB then small group instruction is implemented targeted to the students’ needs in addition to school-wide instruction We take pride in educating and graduating each student prepared and inspired to contribute to the world.

12 Who is on the Problem-solving Team?
Maximum of four to six members At least one building administrator Someone from the Targeted Team Pupil Personnel Services staff Representatives of the school data team will include the building administrator, the intervention specialist, internal coach or lead teacher. There can also be another teacher or two with a MAXIMUM of 4 representatives from the school. We take pride in educating and graduating each student prepared and inspired to contribute to the world.

Use data at problem-solving level to determine individual student needs If after small group intervention there is a student who isn’t meeting standards in Algebra IAB then individualized intensive instruction is implemented targeted to the student’s needs in addition to targeted group intervention and school-wide instruction We take pride in educating and graduating each student prepared and inspired to contribute to the world.
