14. www.ifrc.org Saving lives, changing minds.  A capacity mapping report is being prepared and will be shared soon.  To strive to get 188 National Societies to capture domestic DRR activities, capacity and spending for the following year.  The results of the DRR mapping support Red Cross Red Crescent positioning, advocacy, communications and resource mobilization.  Our cost-efficiency and effectiveness has improved compared to 2009 and 2010.
