4 Overview of Early Life Born May 29, 1917. Brookline Massachusetts. during the World War One era. Grew up in New York His mother was Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy. and his father was Joseph Kennedy. He had eight brothers and sisters. His father was a millionaire many times,over and every time he had a child he, would give them one million dollars.

5 Overview of Later Family Life When Mr. Kennedy was an adult he moved to Newport, Rhode Island. He married Ms. Jacqueline Lee Boulvier in Newport, on September 12 th, 1953. He had two children Caroline and John Fitzgerald Kennedy, Jr. The Kennedy family would have had a third son Patrick, but sadly he died just two days after birth. Another child, a girl, would also have been born but a miscarriage occurred before the birth of their daughter Caroline.

6 Overview of Education ► JFK went to Harvard University. ► He was part of the military, a journalist, and also a writer. ► Before Harvard he went to a Connecticut Boarding school. ► During his time in the Military he was a Lieutenant and a decorated Naval officer in WWII.

7 Important Events Growing Up  WWII was going on when he was growing up.  He fought in WWII on the boat PT109.  Franklin Roosevelt was someone who influenced him.  Important President’s growing up were Franklin Roosevelt & Dwight Eisenhower.

11 Conclusion  John F Kennedy played a major role in our country. He accomplished as much as he could during his short time as President.
