2 PRODUCT LINE HOME SYSTEMS Presenting 2015 “Buy More, Play More” Audio Promotions in a Box 2 What is the “Buy More, Play More” promotion? “Buy More, Play More” is a turnkey customer promotion in a box tool to help you gain Distributor shelf space and grow your territory sales of NuVo products with key Distributors Here’s How It Works… To receive a promotional kit at no charge, Distributor must place an order of either $10,000.00 (Kit “A”) or $5,000.00 (Kit “B”) of Qualifying audio products (see Qualifying Products List on web portal) or SFDC: https://na8.salesforce.com/sfc/#version?id=068C0000002J8Li https://na8.salesforce.com/sfc/#version?id=068C0000002J8Li For either Kit A or B, you have the option of adding an additional first prize to reward the top performing distributor salesperson – with required stocking order $11.500 (A) or $6,000 (B). Once stocking order is placed, Legrand salesperson logs into kit order entry site at: www.legrandbmpm.com to place kit order. www.legrandbmpm.com A copy of the qualifying purchase order must be attached online. Kits can be delivered to either the Legrand NuVo Sales Team or Distributor Branch location – after order is placed. Basic Kits include: (100) Branded brochures and (1) counter display, (100) scratch- off cards good for one free song download or one of the more valuable prizes and (3) reward prizes.

3 PRODUCT LINE Recommended Counter Promotion Period: 60 Days or while scratch-off cards last. Requires $300.00 purchase by Contractor of NuVo or On-Q products to earn a chance to win in the program…stimulates counter sales! After purchasing $300.00 of Legrand product, Contractor is given a scratch-off card – good for a free music download The contractor scratch's off the covered area on the back of the card to see if the card is a winner. If the Customer’s card is a winner, the Distributor gives the prize to the Customer. If not a winner, the card is good for (1) free song download. 3 How It Works (continued)
