11. Spring Financial Aid Timeline October 2014 Students – Application deadline is October 1; commitment deadline is October 6. Mid-November 2014 Office of Student Financial Aid – Automatically creates a financial aid award to reflect the costs of your study abroad program. Students will receive an email when Spring financial aid awards are ready to review on AccessPlus. December 2014 Students – Apply for additional loans, if needed, to cover program expenses. January 2015 Financial aid applies to Iowa State University U-Bill.
