Engineer Training Machine New Features TJ8300 / TJ8500 Confidential 5 Media Length Sensors Located on the right side of the unloader. Measure the loaded media length and warns on “too short” loaded media length.

Engineer Training Machine New Features TJ8300 / TJ8500 Confidential 6 Bridge Temperature The TJ850 UV ink needs to be warmed to 30°C when the machine is working. The TJ851 UV ink needs to be warmed to 34° +/- 1°C. The standby temperature when turning Off the machine is 26°C. In order to achieve the stable temperature, the bridge heaters have been changed and their working voltage is now 40VAC.

Engineer Training Machine New Features TJ8300 / TJ8500 Confidential 7 Ink Bars Heater Plate There is an optional ink bar heater plate for site areas that are too cold. Located below the Ink bars. Controlled by temperature controller. Heats the ink bars to 30°C (for TJ850 UV ink) or to 34° +/- 1°C (for TJ851 UV ink).
