Producing Video cvs: difficulties encountered Our trainees had to take the knowledge of Video- Cv and transform it due to the particularities and difficulties they encounter in their work with these target groups Our trainees had to take the knowledge of Video- Cv and transform it due to the particularities and difficulties they encounter in their work with these target groups Most of our cooperating units didn’t have the appropriate equipment (tripods, lights, in some cases even digital cameras) at the time where the clients were available. According to the previous point, target groups of our trainees come from the most difficult and at the core of Unemployment and Exclusion. It was almost impossible - especially for those with mental health problems - to remove them from the familiar place where counseling takes place, and bring them to IEKEP in order to use our equipment that we have bought for this project. 8. Producing Video cvs: difficulties encountered About the background issue, the seat that recording took place was selected by each beneficiary. In this way, the first criterion of their selection was the place that made them feel more comfortable and “normal”. Many of the Cvs were produced by IEKEP in the offices where counseling takes place and beneficiaries felt comfortable to express themselves in them. In some cases, beneficiaries had put their own “touch of professionalism”, according to their professional field. I.e. in one of our Video - Cvs a young offender wanted to have a job as a fashion designer or stylist. 9. Evaluation / Conclusions Generally, all comments about Video Cv tool were very positive from all sides (beneficiaries, trainees and entrepreneurs).
